BLOOMS The Chemist held its 2025 Partner's Conference last week on the Gold Coast, with individual owners coming together for professional development and to celebrate excellence and achievements within the network.
Driving productivity in the dispensary and executing best practice in the store were among the key themes of this year's conference, while attendees also heard from the Gidget Foundation Australia's Chief Operating Officer Rachael Javes, who spoke about the mental health charity's collaboration with the network.
"Our conferences are a great opportunity for us to come together as a network and reiterate our collective purpose of building a future where everyone, everywhere has access to good health and wellbeing," said Blooms The Chemist CEO Emmanuel Vavoulas.
"We do this by supporting Blooms The Chemist pharmacy owners with knowledge and insights to help increase their performance in delivering retail excellence and expert care to their local communities," he explained.
Named 2025 Store of the Year, Blooms The Chemist Colac, Victoria, was recognised for exemplifying the network's values, providing high quality customer service and community engagement.
Also recognised was Dimitri Pandoulis of Blooms The Chemist Belmont NSW (pictured centre, with COO Michael Foran and CEO Emmanuel Vavoulas), who was named Pharmacist of the Year.
The Values and Culture Award went to Eman Khaled of Blooms The Chemist Penrith High Street (NSW), while Blooms The Chemist Ballina (NSW) received a gong for retail excellence. KB
