POLICE in Britain have charged a man who spat and coughed on a pharmacy staff member, after being refused a full week's supply of methadone, last month.
The man then threatened to shoot another pharmacy employee and burn the store down, Chemist and Druggist reports.
A Police Investigations and Review Commissioner revealed the man claimed to have COVID-19 when he was arrested by police, noting his behaviour was "extremely concerning and distressing for the pharmacy staff and arresting officers".
