Pharmacy Choice at TAFE

SYMBION has partnered with
North Coast TAFE to provide its
Gold and Silver Pharmacy Choice
members with access to online
training courses.
The resulting training program is
designed for use by both
pharmacists and pharmacy
assistants and is tailored as not
only an education tool, but as a
way to enhance customer
satisfaction and to increase front of
store sales.
Educational components in the
training program allow staff at
member pharmacies the ability to
gain a Certificate or Diploma in
Community Pharmacy, S2/S3
medicines, Retail, or Retail
Management.
Other training options include
refresher courses and product
information sessions.

our role to help our customers’
businesses improve and become
more resistant to current market
forces – and this new TAFE
partnership is designed to do just
that,” said Richard Manthey,
National Development and
Operations Manager for Pharmacy
Choice.

program will help them keep up-todate
with the latest industry and
retail developments – something
which is paramount in a market
that is continually changing and
