A TEAM of Monash University researchers is celebrating 20 years of helping millions of people manage the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) through its world-first Low FODMAP Diet.
Since the first research paper was published in 2005, the diet has been developed and refined, and resources created to help people to follow it.
The diet aims to ease symptoms and enable people to develop a personalised long-term eating plan to maintain good gut health - more HERE.
