Washington D.C. for the 2014
National Community Pharmacists
Association conference on national
legislation and government affairs.
The band was making a powerful
case to government around
transparency of generic pricing and
better utilisation of pharmacists
by recognising them as health care
providers.

pharmacists’ efforts to improve
patient outcomes require
government action on three issues
where the remedies are readily
