J&J pays $70m for SE

JOHNSON & Johnson’s Janssen Pharmaceuticals has been ordered by a Pennsylvania court to pay US$70m in damages to a young man who developed size 46DD breasts after taking the company’s antipsychotic drug risperidone. The court found J&J “intentionally falsified, destroyed, or concealed records” to hide the side effect.
