GLAXOSMITHKLINE Consumer Healthcare has launched a new "Shopper Science Lab" in Singapore which is claimed to have the potential to drive category growth.
The cutting-edge facility delivers unique shopper insights through state-of-the-art technology such as virtual reality, eye tracking, facial biometrics and data visualisation.
GSK will invite its trade partners to the lab to recreate retail environments, evaluate shoppers' responses to various online and in-store initiatives, and "identify winning strategies and initiatives to enhance the shopping experience".
The company said its Australian retail partners would be visiting the new facility as early as Nov 2017.
