SIGMA Healthcare Limited has announced the departure of chief operating officer Gary Dunne, as part of a "re-shaping" of the company's organisational structure.
Changes will see Sigma's business reconfigured around three key platforms - Customers, Operations and Group Services - to "deliver greater clarity and purpose, and to simplify the way we support and service our customers and other business partners," said Sigma ceo and md, Mark Hooper.
Dunne has been a key contributor to developing the new strategy, Hooper said, and had "decided that now is the right time for him to pursue opportunities elsewhere".
Hooper said Dunne had been Sigma's chief operating officer for more than six years and had contributed significantly to the company's turnaround and growth.
"The changes we are making now are about driving that performance and customer centric culture in a way that will support the next wave of success for Sigma," Hooper said.
