required.
Abbott’s Influvac, Novartis’
Agrippal, GlaxoSmithKline‘s Fluarix
and Sanofi-Pasteur’s Vaxigrip are
named for use from the age of 6
months while bioCSL’s Fluvax is
only to be used from the age of five
years because of an increased risk
of fever and febrile convulsions.
From the age of 9 years, no fever
or febrile issues apply.
Healthcare professionals are
encouraged to report all adverse
