PROFESSOR Keith Grimwood has been appointed as Griffith University’s new professor of infectious diseases. Grimwood was formerly a director of the Queensland Children’s Medical Research Institute and his appointment was supported by both Gold Coast Health and Griffith University, with the aim to improve research collaboration, the institution said.
