The US Food and Drug
Administration has approved
Oralair Sublingual Tablets (Allergen
Pollen Extract of 5 Grasses) to
treat allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
with or without conjunctivitis (eye
inflammation) that is induced by
certain grass pollens in people aged
10 through 65 years.
This is the first sublingual allergen
extract approved in the United
States.
Helex-A’s Oralair was approved
for use in Australia in June last year
(PD 28 Jun 2013).
