THE Victorian government today
announced “substantial funding”
for the establishment and ongoing
operation of the Australian
Research Infrastructure Network
which is set to be launched this
year by Monash University and the
Bio21 Cluster.
The system aims to enhance
access to research facilities in the
state by streamlining bookings for
instruments and services.
It will also improve the billing
process, and enable reporting on
the utilisation of research
infrastructure to support strategic
