seniors want digital options for

The survey of 175 Australian
over the age of 65 was conducted
online in July last year, found
that 55% wanted access to online
prescription refill requests and
68% wanted access to electronic
reminders.
Eighteen percent of respondents
said that they were aware that
their healthcare providers provided
these capabilities.
Half said they wanted to be able
to email healthcare providers
but only 6% said they had that
