FEDERAL Minister for Rural Health, Bridget McKenzie, yesterday launched the government's Health Workforce Scholarship Program, with $11m available over three years to make health services more accessible for people in country areas.
Health professionals in rural and regional areas wanting to increase their skills are encouraged to apply for financial support under the program via their state or territory Rural Workforce Agency.
