marketing healthcare products in
America.
The workshop will also cover false
claims enforcement activities by
both the FDA and the US Federal
Trade Commission, the use of social
media to discuss medications and
devices, management of intended
use and off-label promotion, and a
look at how the new Sunshine Act
affects promotional activities.
