PHARMABROKER Sales has announced temporary changes to how its reps interact with community pharmacies, as part of its response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an open letter to the industry published on today's cover page, Pharmabroker Sales General Manager, Geoff Lovell, said the business wanted to "support and not hinder you", as foot traffic in pharmacies surges.
The business will focus on advising pharmacies on stock availability, providing consumer substitution guides and ensuring pharmacies' shelves are replenished where stock is in store waiting to go out.
