Terry White Group now a wholly owned subsidiary of EBOS.
EBOS Group Limited has just announced that it has completed the acquisition of the minority shares in Terry White Group Limited.
The transaction, estimated to be worth about $50 million, was first announced on 19th October 2018, and has seen EBOS acquire the almost 50% of Terry White Group it did not already hold, by way of a Scheme of Arrangement.
EBOS offered shareholders $3.55 per share, with the acquisition said to “enable Terry White Group and the TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy network to achieve the scale and strength required to fulfil its potential to become Australia’s favourite pharmacy brand.”
The deal results in Terry White Group now becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of EBOS.
