AUCKLAND pharmacist Park Ung Wong (aka Terence Wong) has been deregistered and banned for two years by the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal after being found guilty of illegally supplying drugs, one case resulting in a patient death, according to a Fairfax report.
The Tribunal statement described the multiple and repeat offences around false prescriptions as "amongst the most serious for a pharmacist".
