NYC approves pot

New York governor Andrew Cuomo will allow medical marijuana in some hospitals. Twenty hospitals statewide would be allowed to prescribe marijuana to patients with cancer and some other ailments, a plan enacted not by legislation but executive order, CBS New York reported.
