THE Health Care Complaints Commission prosecuted a complaint against Ms Zuriati Bin Goode, a formerly registered nurse before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal for unsatisfactory professional conduct and professional misconduct.
Record keeping and management of S8 drugs were part of the complaint which saw her banned from being registered for 12 months - see caselaw.nsw.gov.au.
