Australian Pharmaceutical
Industries Limited (API) has
announced Ken Gunderson-Briggs
as an independent director, as well
as a new member of the Audit and
Risk Committee.
Gunderson-Briggs will replace
Miles Hampton, who retired at the
January annual meeting.
He has also been a board member
of Harvey Norman Holdings,
serving on the company’s Audit,
Remuneration and Nomination
Committees, and is a Fellow of the
