Pharmacists Association (NCPA)
has written to the Texas State
Board of Pharmacy in opposition
to a proposal eliminating the
pharmacist-to-technician ratio
requirement for retail/community
pharmacies.
The NCPA has expressed
“serious concerns” around the
elimination of the ratios, citing
the risk of reducing the standard
of care provided by community
