Held between 12 and 13
November the conference will
feature a series of expert sessions
including: expanding roles, the
future of hospital in the home;
pharmacogenomics demystified;
medication management during
transition from hospital to
residential care; homelessness and
its burden of disease; and
“a difficult pill to swallow” -
understanding dysphagia.
