Herceptin heart link

ELDERLY patients prescribed with breast cancer drug Herceptin (trastuzumab) are likely to have a higher risk of heart problems, according to a study published this week in Annals of Oncology. The Spanish research found a significantly increased incidence of cardiac events in patients aged 70+.
