Herceptin approval

HERCEPTIN has been approved by the TGA for the treatment of advanced HER-2-positive gastic cancer, with the approval based on the phase 3 trastuzumab in gastric cancer (ToGA) study which found that Herceptin in combination with standard chemotherapy prolonged the lives of patients.
