THE Health Department has launched an online service supporting mental health and well being, called Head to Health.
The site provides guidance to resources across a range of topics including healthy eating, healthy sleep patterns and staying connected with others to maintain social health.
There are websites, apps and programs, forums and the opportunity to phone, e-chat and email as well as contacts providing immediate support.
