GETTING ready for My Health Record: The Guild has been working with the Australian Digital Health Agency to develop three modules which will provide pharmacists with education on using My Health Record to access:
* Information about prescribed and dispensed medicines
* Clinical information contained in Discharge Summaries and Event Summaries
* Clinical information contained in a Shared Health Summary
The third module titled 'Making the most of the My Health Record system: Using Shared Health Summaries and other clinical information to deliver better patient care' is now available.
This activity has been accredited for one hour of Group 1 CPD (or 1 CPD credit), suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist's CPD plan, which can be converted to one hour of Group 2 CPD (or 2 CPD credits) upon successful completion of relevant assessment activities.
