GLAXOSMITHKLINE has announced the discontinuation of its Typherix (salmonella typhi Vi polysaccharide) adult vaccine, which will be no longer available.
GSK said it had experienced constrained supply for some years, and was pulling the product noting the availability of alternate typhoid vaccine products in Australia.
