Nominations for GSK’s Award
for Research Excellence are now
open until 10 July.
The longstanding award seeks
to assist leading Australian
researchers by providing the winner
with an $80,000
grant to support
their research
journey GSK said.
It has been
awarded since 1980
to recognise outstanding
achievements in medical research
with potential importance to
human health.
Successful applicants are
generally expected to be midcareer
researchers with a longstanding
commitment to their field.
The winner will be announced
on Thursday 12 Oct at the Annual
Research Australia Awards, at the
Metropolis, Melbourne.
Nominations are now being
accepted online at au.gsk.com.
