A NSW health care professional who was qualified as both a pharmacist and a general practitioner has been barred from practising as a medical practitioner for a period of three years for multiple offences.
The rulings related to Dr David Kingston's prescribing excessive amounts of pharmaceuticals for a patient with whom he had a personal and sexual relationship as well as prescribing inappropriate quantities of certain drugs for himself along with other matters.
The Tribunal also ordered that Kingston pay the applicant's costs.
