As gatekeepers to consumers' Active Script List (ASL), understanding how ASL works - and how to explain it - is essential for every pharmacy professional, according to Krysti-Lee Patterson, founder of Meitheal Services and lrnrx.
The course, which is aimed at pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, interns and students, goes beyond technical instruction to provide advice on engaging and supporting patients.
