HEALTH professionals will now find it much easier to locate the correct form for almost any dealing with the government, thanks to a new 'Help me find a form' tool provided by the Department of Human services.
Forms include those required to apply for incentive programs, PBS complex drugs, payment claims, stationer supplies, registering, deregistering or updating your info.
