INDIA’S FOOD and Drug
Administration (FDA) have
seized 15,000 bottles of codeine containing
cough syrups sold at an
open market in the Thane District
at a higher cost without licensing.
The cough syrups taken included
brands such as Resktop by Promed
Laboratories, Rancodex by Smilax
Healthcare and Conex by Acron
Pharmaceutials.
The raid was carried out based on
