THE Local Court of New South Wales yesterday adjourned the sentencing of David Le of Sydney City Pharmacy to 27 Mar 2019 following charges laid by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Le pleaded guilty to charges that while suspended, he still claimed to be a registered pharmacist.
In Aug 2017 the Pharmacy Council of New South Wales had suspended Le's registration after it was determined that a suspension was appropriate for the protection of the health or safety of the public.
