NO kidding - the latest fitness craze sweeping the globe is 'Goat Yoga" and it could be coming to a studio near you.
The phenomenon was created by American farmer Lainey Morse, who found her goats helped her after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease as well as becoming divorced.
Sound weird? Not according to animal behaviourist Roger Mugford who said goats help drop peoples' heart rates because they release the "cuddle chemical" oxytocin.
However participants are urged to wear old clothes, because the goats are prone to nibbling!
MUMS, it's not all in your head - apparently daughters do bring out the 'softer side' in dad.
A study published in the Behavioural Neuroscience journal looked at the way dads treated their sons and daughters.
In 52 daily dad interactions randomly recorded over 48 hours, fathers responded swiftly when their daughters were anxious but paid less attention to their sons.
Makeba Parramore Wilbourn, Assistant Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Duke University in Durham said, "cultural influences rather than biology probably underpin the way fathers behaved" and that girls are still more encouraged to express their emotions than boys.
