The Therapeutic Goods
Administration has released a
brochure containing information on
advertising cosmetic injections and
complying with therapeutic goods
legislation.
Because of restrictions on
advertising of therapeutic goods,
the brochure details “general
phrases” which can be used to
promote the services while still
complying with the law.
These include ‘cosmetic
injections’, ‘anti-wrinkle injections/
treatments’ and ‘injections/
treatments for lips’.
