Botox no headache

From 01 Mar, Botox (botulinum toxin type A) will be listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) for the prophylaxis of headaches in adults with chronic migraine. The listing is restricted to those who experience headaches for 15 days or more per month with a migraine on at least eight of those days. The treatment will be administered by trained neurologists.
