THE European Medicines Agency has published a revised guideline on the evaluation of human medicines indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections.
The updated document, which is now subject to a six month public consultation, reflects the outcome of discussions between regulators about alignment of data so developers of new medicines can design clinical trials that meet the evidence needs of multiple governments - ema.europa.eu.
