dispensing system in Michael
Wakim’s Christies Guild Pharmacy
in South Australia ran into a
glitch when the freight company
delivered only half the equipment
and stock.
With all freight and logistical
options exhausted by 6pm on
Thursday evening, Willach md John
Koot took matters into his own
hands, loaded up his ute with the
missing parts, and drove overnight
from Melbourne to Christies Beach.
A few stimulating coffees later,
John and Willach Solutions
Consultant Simon Gerrits
assembled the dispensary and
transferred the stock.
By 9am Friday when customers
arrived with scripts, they were
