managers and pharmacy assistants
with the skills, understanding and
confidence to deliver holistic health
solutions to their customers.
Named the Mission Management
program, the partnership’s stated
aims are to deliver better patient
health outcomes and increased
customer loyalty.
Almost 150 Pharmacy Choice and
healthSAVE members took part in
Mission Management workshops
held across the country in Apr and
May.

focused on interactions between
pharmacists and patients which is
paramount,” said Luke McKinnon,
