CSL Limited this morning
confirmed it had secured the
necessary approvals to proceed
with the acquisition of Novartis’
influenza vaccine business.
The deal was announced last
year (PD 27 Oct 14) and with the
approvals it’s now expected to
settle in the next few days.
The new CSL subsidiary resulting
from the acquisition will be called
Sequirus, and will be the second
biggest influenza vaccines business
