THE US State of Idaho is
enforcing new legislation which
requires all pharmacy technicians
to be officially certified.
The state’s Board of Pharmacy
said the move was a response to
national pharmacy chains which
have begun hiring fewer
pharmacists and relying more on
technicians to assist with dispensing.
