THE Federal Government has
announced $22.6m of funding for
the next four-year phase of the
Asthma Management Program.
The aim of the program is to
reduce the impact of asthma
through community education,
active and self-management as
well as the provision of training for
healthcare professionals, and as
part of its new phase will also
include programs into linked
respiratory conditions such as
allergy, rhinitis and chronic
