THE TGA has announced that
effective tomorrow a range of
synthetic cannabinoids are to
be listed in Schedule 9 as
prohibited substances.
Parliamentary secretary for
Health, Catherine King, said the
move would “enable a uniform,
nationwide prohibition on
these drugs,” which have no
proven therapeutic value and
are reguarly abused.
The new entries will be
incorporated into the SUSMP
