new OTC monographs have been
released relating to topical nasal
decongestants, topical imidazole
antifungals and pholcodine.
The nasal decongestants are
oxymetazoline and xylometazoline.
Clotrimazole and miconazole
containing medicines are the
dermal antifungals monographed
while the recently controversial
pholcodine (PD 03 Jun) has its
parameters defined in the last
monograph.
