first combination of an inhaled
corticosteroid and a long acting
beta agonist vilanterol that is
administered once daily.
The availability of a once-daily
corticosteroid with a once-daily
long acting beta-agonist in the
same inhaler was an exciting
development for patients and
doctors, respiratory specialist
