The NSW branch of the Pharmacy
Guild of Australia is warning
pharmacists that a member has
alerted the branch to a phone
scam.
Customers had received phone
calls from a ‘Northern Lights
Pharmacy’, operating from India
but with calls coming from a
Canadian or US number.
The caller might claim the patient
had previously ordered products
with them, and had likely sourced
contact and order details from
purchases made with another
company, the Guild said.
Patients can contact the ACCC
SCAMwatch service if called, on
