Good Price Pharmacy
Warehouse ceo Milton Burrell
has said the sale of four Oze
pharmacies to Good Price franchise
operators was a ‘win-win’ for both
companies.
Burrell said Oze-Pharmacy owner
Warren Turner was instrumental in
setting up one of the first Big-Box
pharmacies in Australia.
“After a number of strategic
discussions with him about the
future of pharmacy Warren agreed
to sell down some of his stores and
align others within his model to the
Good Price brand.
“We are excited about this
transaction and look forward to
working with our key business
partners for a smooth transition.”The above article was sent to subscribers in Pharmacy Daily's issue from 17 Feb 14 To see the full newsletter, see the embedded issue below or CLICK HERE to download Pharmacy Daily from 17 Feb 14
