THE US Food and Drug
Administration has ordered the
recall of Baxter Healthcare’s
Colleague Volumetric Infusion
Pumps (CVIP).
The recall comes after years of
reported product flaws including
battery failures, inadvertent
powering off, service data errors,
and “other issues”.
The recall order includes the
requirement for Baxter to provide
customers with a refund, a
