CHEMIST Warehouse-owned confectionary brand Gello Beans and Gello Snakes (PD 21 Oct 2022)has been named as the official partner of the Australian Football League (AFL).
Under a five-year licensing agreement, Gello Beans and Gello Snakes products will feature the AFL logo across packaging.
As part of the exclusive retail rollout, AFL-licensed Gello Beans and Gello Beans and Gello Snakes products are available at all Chemist Warehouse stores across Australia as well as all other leading pharmacies including Amcal and Discount Drug Stores.
Additionally, the partnership will include the launch of a dedicated program to support AFL umpires, providing emerging officials with access to resources and development opportunities.
"This collaboration positions Gello Beans and Gello Snakes as a leading confectionery brand in the market, and we're excited to see it grow, evolve and connect with consumers," said Chemist Warehouse deputy CEO of retail, Mario Tascone.
AFL executive GM customer, commercial and technology, Bec Haagsma, added: "Chemist Warehouse has been a valued AFL partner for years, and we are pleased to see the Gello Beans and Gello Snakes collaboration come to life as part of this partnership."
